Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking a Client Service Specialist to manage account tasks, handle policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintain accurate records. You will support client requests and ensure compliance while leveraging technology to deliver excellent service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, insurance knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office; a licensed background is valued, with a path to professional designations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• AINS or CISR preferred.
• Property and Casualty License may be required within 90 days of hire.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred depending on location.
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains client files and ensures accurate account information.
• Processes policy change requests.
• Orders renewal policies, verifies them against proposals and processes them in the Agency Management System.
• Enters and rates policies in carrier websites and orders new policies as needed.
• Issues certificates of insurance and auto ID cards.
• Prepares cancellation forms and follows up on cancellations.
• Acts as backup for office phone calls and walk-in traffic as needed.
• Fully adopts innovative technology, including AI solutions, into the service process.
