You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build relationships with architects, distributors, contractors and owners, and drive growth across commercial, residential and OEM channels.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or BA/BS preferred, or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales in building materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to travel up to 60%.
• Computer proficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to exceed sales goals.
• Identify and build relationships with architects, distributors, contractors and owners.
• Coordinate sales activities in region and manage the distribution network.
• Call on end-users, contractors, builders, architects/specifiers, owners and installers.
• Create and identify new market opportunities.
• Coordinate the entire sales cycle from specification through final sale with distribution partners.
