Job summary

You will identify prospects, present proposals, and manage accounts while building trusted relationships in the construction market.

The role requires 3+ years in building products sales, willingness to travel locally, and a drive to exceed monthly targets. Base + commissions and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Proven ability to identify prospects, generate leads and close deals.
• Wamiliarity with building materials and customer needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, propose solutions and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on customer needs.
• Understand the market, monitor competition and trends.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate safety programs to customers at sale inception.
