TopBuild Corp. is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive sales of insulation and building materials to residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, conduct daily calls, present proposals, and build trusted relationships while meeting monthly targets.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, market awareness, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial sale through project completion. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in building products/construction.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Sell product lines to residential and light commercial accounts.
• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials and services.
• Understand market conditions, monitor competitors, and pricing.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate safety programs to customers at sale inception.
• Manage customer experience from sale to project completion.
