HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures while adhering to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specs.

The role involves measuring, cutting, and installing insulation (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Overtime and incentive-based bonuses are available in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Familiarity with various insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics according to blueprints or specs.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit spaces.
• Seal insulation in place for proper coverage.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on site.
• Operate company vehicles when required and trained (as applicable).
