Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is hiring an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics while ensuring quality and safety standards. The position is a full-time, hourly role with overtime eligibility and potential bonus incentives.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques. Growth opportunities toward Tech II or Crew Lead exist, with associated incentive increases.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) per blueprints/specs.
• Seal insulation to ensure proper coverage and ventilation.
• Maintain safety and clean workspace; perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Operate company vehicles where eligible and adhere to safety policies.

Skills

Proficiency in English

Education

Certifications readiness: Crew Lead and DOT
