Job summary

HomeWorks Energy seeks an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.

The role requires the ability to read blueprints, measure and fit insulation, and operate related tools. You will work in warehouse and customer settings, with overtime eligibility and room for growth and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a team environment.
• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics per blueprints or specs.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit specified areas.
• Seal insulation in place with staples or adhesive for proper coverage.
• Install roof vents in attic spaces to optimize insulation performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform routine maintenance on insulation equipment and tools.
