Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in residential and commercial structures, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.

The role requires reading blueprints, using standard insulation tools, and potential driving with company vehicles. A high school diploma is preferred, with overtime opportunities and fast growth toward Tech II or Crew Lead roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with various insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors and attics per blueprints or specifications.
• Seal insulation and ensure proper coverage and ventilation as required.
• Operate company vehicles and complete driver training if applicable.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any concerns.
