Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures while adhering to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.

The role includes measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation, sealing materials, and normal warehouse coordination. Opportunities exist for growth into Tech II or Crew Lead with enhanced incentive potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with various insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a team environment.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials per blueprints or specifications to fit designated spaces.
• Cut insulation materials to fit areas according to plans; install in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics.
• Seal insulation properly using staples, adhesive, or other methods to ensure full coverage.
• Install roof vents in attic spaces to ensure proper ventilation.
• Maintain safety protocols and keep work area clean for efficient workflow.
• Operate company vehicles and complete driver training if eligible.
