Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Crew Lead to supervise a small team of insulation installers and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality project completion. You will lead, train, and support the crew while actively participating in installation tasks.

The role requires Mass Save Crew Lead and Lead Safe Certifications, plus 4–6 months of Mass Save installation experience. Excellent communication and English proficiency are essential; overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Lead and direct a team of insulation technicians and coordinate workflow.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote safe working conditions.

Responsibilities
