Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking a Crew Lead (In Field) to supervise a small team of insulation installers. You will oversee project delivery, guide technicians, and participate in installation tasks to ensure high quality workmanship.

The role emphasizes safety, customer communication, and efficient workflow. A high school diploma and Mass Save certifications are preferred, with overtime opportunities and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mass Save Crew Lead Certification and Lead Safe Certification required.
• 4-6 months Mass Save installation experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction work.
• English reading/writing/communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of insulation technicians.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and meet project timelines.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and support to team members.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality and specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety briefings.
• Communicate with customers to understand project needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Operate company vehicles and complete required driver training.
