Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Crew Lead to supervise a small installation team and ensure safe, high-quality insulation projects. You will guide technicians, coordinate workflows, and uphold safety standards on job sites.

You will oversee quality checks, communicate with customers, and comply with driver-training requirements for company vehicles. A Mass Save certification path is preferred and training is offered as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mass Save Crew Lead Certification and Lead Safe Certification.
• 4-6 months Mass Save installation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for construction work.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of insulation technicians.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and meet project timelines.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain customer relations and address inquiries professionally.
• Drive company vehicles and ensure compliance with driving policies.
