Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while driving company vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mass Save Crew Lead and Lead Safe Certifications.
• 4-6 months of Mass Save installation experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of insulation technicians to complete projects on time.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on site.
• Communicate with customers to understand project requirements.
