Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mass Save Crew Lead and Lead Safe Certifications required.
• 4-6 months Mass Save installation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of insulation technicians to execute projects on schedule.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote safe work practices on site.
• Communicate with customers to understand project requirements and address concerns.
• Operate company vehicles and deliver on-site tasks as needed.
