Job summary

HomeWorks Energy in Massachusetts is seeking a Crew Lead to supervise a small team of insulation installers, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installation projects. You will provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on participation to keep work progressing on schedule.

The position requires Mass Save Crew Lead and Lead Safe Certifications, 4–6 months of Mass Save installation experience, and excellent communication skills in English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of insulation technicians; assign tasks and ensure timelines.

• Enforce safety protocols and promote safe working practices.
• Communicate with customers to understand project requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Drive company vehicles as needed and complete required training.
