Job summary

HomeWorks Energy seeks a Crew Lead to supervise 1–2 installers, ensuring safe, efficient insulation installations to high-quality standards. You will lead, guide, and actively participate in hands-on work while coordinating workflow and training.

Mass Save certifications and English literacy are required. This role offers overtime opportunities and a pathway for professional growth within a warehouse-based operation in MA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mass Save Crew Lead and Lead Safe Certifications required.
• 4–6 months Mass Save installation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for construction work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of insulation technicians to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and support to crew members.
• Inspect installations and ensure quality standards are met.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote safe work practices.
• Communicate with customers to clarify project requirements and updates.
• Drive company vehicles as needed and maintain compliance.
