Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, based in Massachusetts, is seeking a Crew Lead to supervise a 1-2 installer team and ensure insulation installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high‑quality standards. You will lead, guide, and support the crew while actively participating in installation tasks.

The role requires strong communication, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to coordinate workflow, training, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Mass Save Crew Lead and Lead Safe certifications required or preferred.
• Minimum 4–6 months Mass Save installation experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of insulation technicians on projects.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and meet project timelines.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and support to team members.
• Inspect installations for quality and address deficiencies.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote safe work practices.
• Communicate with customers to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Drive company vehicles as needed and ensure compliance with driving policies.
