Job summary

Essential functions include safety briefings, quality checks, customer communication, and driver duties when needed. A strong emphasis on teamwork and on-site training is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Mass Save Crew Lead Certification required.
• Mass Save Lead Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a small team of insulation technicians.
• Ensure project timelines and safety protocols are followed.
• Inspect installations for quality and adherence to specs.
• Coordinate workflow and provide on-the-job training.
