Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Insulation Crew Lead to coach and supervise a small crew in our CT territory. This hourly position offers overtime eligibility and performance bonuses, with hands-on field training and opportunities for advancement.

The ideal candidate has a construction background, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service while meeting Mass Save standards.

Qualifications

• Mass Save experience strongly required.
• Construction background with leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Solutions oriented with strong work ethic.
• Positive disposition and safety minded.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of 1 to 2 installers.
• Complete work in a timely manner.
• Meet Mass Save standards and quality expectations.
• Ensure a great customer experience with all work performed.
• Uphold HomeWorks Energy safety and install best practices.
• Complete proper documentation for each job.
• Collect copay from customer.
• Drive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations.
