Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking a Crew Lead to supervise a 1-2 installer team, ensuring safe, efficient insulation installations that meet high-quality standards. You will provide leadership, on-the-job training, and coordinate tasks to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires strong communication, safety knowledge, and English proficiency. This position is warehouse-based with occasional travel, overtime eligibility, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mass Save Crew Lead and Lead Safe Certifications.
• 4–6 months Mass Save installation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction procedures.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of insulation technicians to meet project timelines.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality and address deficiencies.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety briefings on site.
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Operate company vehicles and complete required driver training as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
