Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. seeks a Crew Lead to oversee a small insulation installation team and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality project completion. You will guide technicians, coordinate tasks, and support installation activities in a warehouse-based operation across MA locations.

Responsibilities include quality checks, safety briefings, customer communication, and driving company vehicles as needed. Mass Save certifications and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mass Save Crew Lead and Lead Safe Certifications.
• 4–6 months Mass Save installation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to construction work.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of insulation technicians in project execution.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and meet timelines.
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance and support.
• Report job or employee issues to management.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality and specifications.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce protocols.
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and expectations.
• Drive company vehicles and comply with training and safety requirements.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report concerns.
