HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures while adhering to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.

The role involves measuring, cutting, and installing insulation (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. Overtime opportunities and growth potential exist within a warehouse-based team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a team environment.
• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials (measure, cut, fit) per blueprints/specifications.
• Seal insulation and install roof vents for proper ventilation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate company vehicles when required and train for driving eligibility if applicable.
