Jacobs is seeking an Instrument and Controls Designer to develop P&ID diagrams, panel layouts, and control-system drawings for data centers and industrial facilities. The role involves BIM modeling, 3D work, and collaboration with global teams across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in instrumentation and controls.
• Familiarity with P&IDs.
• 2+ years of BIM design experience.
• Experience using BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects designing state-of-the-art data centers, semiconductor, and other manufacturing facilities.
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of industrial facility control systems.
• Work within global multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage time efficiently across multiple projects.
