Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Instrument and Controls Designer to develop P&ID diagrams, 3D models, panel layouts, and wiring schematics for data centers, semiconductor, and industrial facilities. You will join a global, multidisciplinary team and manage project schedules while delivering high-quality design work.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 2+ years BIM design experience, and proficiency with BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in instrumentation and controls and P&ID drawings.
• 2+ years of BIM design experience; familiarity with BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of industrial facility control systems.
• Work on projects designing data centers, semiconductors, and other facilities.
• Manage project schedules and produce accurate reports.
• Collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams.
