The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking instructors for undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Wisconsin. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or be making significant progress toward a doctorate. Responsibilities include facilitating instruction, developing curriculum, and advising students.

Each department maintains an ongoing search to serve as a pool of potential instructors. If hired from this pool, the instructor will be under the general supervision of the relevant department chair. The instructor is responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses, including preparing for and holding classes (face‑to‑face, hybrid, and/or online). Instruction involves maintaining currency in the content area related to the teaching assignment, evaluating students’ work, assessing student outcomes, providing regular and substantive feedback, maintaining appropriate records, and holding office hours. The workload may also involve advising students and/or providing other service to the department. Other duties may be assigned by the chair or dean.
