Job summary

Controller Bay, LLC seeks an Instructor Operator/Paramedic to support DoD MSTC programs. You will deliver high-acuity medical training and operate ALS simulators, translating expertise into realistic battlefield-style scenarios.

Role requires current NRP, BLS/ALS, and ability to pass a federal background check. You’ll participate in assessments and ongoing credential maintenance across multiple CONUS/OCONUS sites.

Qualifications

• NRP paramedic with active certification and current credentials.
• Ability to perform, demonstrate and translate high-acuity medical skills in training.
• Maintain certifications and adhere to contract regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support advanced medical training modules.
• Operate ALS simulation equipment during sessions.
• Validate advanced skills and support scenario-based assessments.
• Maintain currency with all paramedic certifications.
