i3 is seeking motivated Instructional Systems Designers (ISD) at Associate, Mid, or Senior levels to create Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) using ADDIE principles. The role involves collaboration with SMEs, content extraction, and curriculum development for performance-based training.

This is an on-site, on-call temporary position with up to 40 hours weekly for ~6 months starting January 2027. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Instructional Design and Technology and experience with

• Bachelor’s Degree required; additional years may substitute for degree.

Responsabilidades

• Attend data collection meetings to record data.
• Research instructional design theories and ADDIE model.
• Extract content from SMEs to support learning objectives.
• Develop curriculum including objectives, evaluations, and lesson plans.
• Collaborate with ISDs and Project Manager to meet production and quality standards.
• Travel as required.
• Organize course content per instructional design plans.
