Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years ISD experience in instructional design techniques.
• Experience with learning theory, educational psychology, and instructional design practices.
• Proficiency with current technologies for multimedia educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational expertise to create multimedia, graphics, and media projects with SMEs and production team.
• Recommend platforms, media, and tools; manage online courseware and tests.
• Develop training plans, validate ISD processes, and maintain curriculum records.
• Create training materials including text, scripts, and copy; ensure quality and consistency.
• Apply ADDIE across projects and coordinate content reviews and approvals.
• Analyze feedback and recommend improvements to course design and delivery.
