Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) is seeking motivated Instructional Systems Designers at associate to senior levels for an on-site, temporary position in Huntsville, AL or Orlando, FL. Responsibilities include applying the ADDIE model, developing IMI and courseware with Captivate/Storyline, and collaborating with SMEs to craft measurable training.

U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology, Education or related field.
• Experience developing courseware with Multimedia Learning Tools (Adobe Captivate and/or Storyline 360).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend data collection meetings to record all required and relevant data.
• Apply ADDIE to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training solutions.
• Collaborate with SME to extract technical content supporting learning objectives.
• Develop curriculum including objectives, evaluations, handbooks, and lesson plans.
• Coordinate with ISD team to meet production, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Ensure outputs comply with requirements and quality standards.
• Organize course content per instructional design plans.
• Travel as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
