Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking a Multimedia Project Instructional Systems Designer to develop multimedia training solutions for a federal government client. Lead ISD projects using ADDIE, create e-learning courseware, and collaborate with SMEs and production teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong instructional design, multimedia development skills, and proficiency with learning technologies and Microsoft Office. Travel is 0-10% and employment contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years ISD experience
• Experience with ADDIE and ISD principles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and LMS platforms
• Strong instructional design and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create multimedia, graphics, and media projects with SMEs and production team
• Recommend platforms, tools, and delivery methods for training
• Add, manage, test online courseware and report recommendations for improvements
• Design training materials including text, audio, and video scripts
• Coordinate project requests and content reviews through final approvals
• Analyze feedback and provide ISD-based recommendations for improvements
