Job summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking a full-time Instructional Systems Designer to support the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine, Academic Development Branch. The ISD will create multimedia training content, apply ADDIE, and collaborate with SMEs, production managers, and course directors.

The role emphasizes rigorous instructional design, testing, data collection, and documentation to ensure course effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Design or five (5) years applied experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD).
Experience with modern instructional tech and platforms.
Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide educational expertise in multimedia, graphics, or media projects with SMEs and production team.
Recommend instructional platforms and delivery methods to satisfy training requirements.
Add, manage, and test online courseware; report data and provide recommendations.
Create training plans and guide validation phase of ISD process to meet objectives and proficiency levels.
Perform administrative tasks including editing curriculum and maintaining records.
Support educational activities and collaboration across departments and USAFSAM curricula.
