Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated Instructional Support Paraprofessionals for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work closely with teachers and special education staff to support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, providing targeted help and reinforcing classroom instruction.

Ideal candidates are patient, adaptable, and capable of building positive relationships with students, families, and school teams.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructional plans, classroom procedures, and behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and positive working relationships.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, small-group, and classroom-wide instructional support.
• Reinforce teacher-led lessons and classroom routines.
• Assist students with academic tasks and skill development.
