The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is hiring Instructional Support Paraprofessionals for the 2026-2027 school year to support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs in a school setting. You will work alongside teachers and specialists to deliver individualized support across general and special education contexts.

Ideal candidates bring experience with children or individuals with special needs, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
• Ability to follow instructional plans and classroom procedures.
• Excellent communication with students, families and school teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one, small-group, and classroom-wide instructional support.
• Reinforce teacher-led lessons and classroom routines.
• Assist students with academic tasks and skill development.
• Support IEPs, accommodations, and classroom modifications as directed.
• Maintain documentation and student records as required.
