Job summary

Fulton County School System seeks an Instructional and Media Paraprofessional to support students and staff in classrooms or the media center. You’ll assist with materials prep, small-group work, and routine tasks, while helping manage library resources using Destiny Library Manager.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, Georgia GACE para assessment (or equivalent hours), and eligibility for the Georgia PSC Paraprofessional Certificate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• GACE para assessment or 60 sem hrs / 90 qtr hrs, or an Associate's Degree or higher.
• Must obtain Georgia PSC Paraprofessional Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher in preparing educational materials and supporting learning objectives.
• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce lessons.
• Help with daily routines, attendance, and grading as assigned.
• Staff circulation desk and manage media materials with Destiny Library Manager.
• Maintain and organize learning centers, displays, and library resources.
