Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to own the full development lifecycle of learning content for Momentive Academy and Momentive University. You will create engaging eLearning, video, and blended experiences that translate complex product functionality into clear training for both internal employees and external clients.

You’ll independently apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and manage concurrent projects from

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or related field.
• 2–4 years of instructional design or learning content development experience.
• Experience designing for SaaS organizations or SaaS environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership of eLearning or blended learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of learning modules, courses, and programs through QA and deployment.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, prototypes, assessments, and final production assets.
• Manage workload across concurrent projects and communicate risks to PMs.
• Lead revision planning and document rationale for design decisions.
• Create reusable templates, style guides, and production documentation to drive adoption.
• Apply ADDIE/SAM and other instructional design methodologies independently.
