Job summary

Momentive Software, Inc. is seeking Strategy & Consulting Leads to guide client discovery and design decisions using ADDIE/SAM, creating engaging learning experiences and applying adult learning principles.

The role drives end-to-end development from design to QA and deployment, collaborating with SMEs and project managers while managing multiple concurrent projects to deliver measurable learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or related field and 2–4 years of experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership of eLearning or blended learning projects from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 client discovery and strategy sessions.
• Design learning experiences using ADDIE/SAM and apply adult learning principles.
• Develop storyboard, scripts, prototypes, assessments, and assets.
• Administer end-to-end development from design to QA to deployment.
• Collaborate with SMEs and project managers, manage multiple projects.
