Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to drive end-to-end learning module development, from design through deployment. You will lead discovery sessions with clients, craft storyboards and assessments, and independently manage multiple projects to deliver engaging eLearning solutions.

You will apply adult learning principles and use tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise, LMS/LXP platforms, and video editing to create polished content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of instructional design or learning content development experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership of eLearning or blended learning projects from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 client discovery and strategy sessions.
• Design and develop learning modules, courses, and programs from design through QA and deployment.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, prototypes, assessments, and final production assets.
• Own revision cycles and document rationale for design decisions.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and Learning Strategists to deliver high-quality outcomes.
