Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design/technology or related field.
• Passion for leveraging technology to create innovative learning solutions.
• Experience with eLearning, ILT and blended formats.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver courses and training materials (eLearning, ILT, blended).
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop objectives, content and design.
• Manage instructional design projects from start to finish on time and within budget.
• Create engaging activities and assessments using adult learning principles.
• Write and edit technical documents and job aids.
• Evaluate programs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay current with emerging learning technologies for integration.
