Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, build, and deliver curricula and blended learning solutions across the firm. You will partner with leaders and SMEs to translate priorities into engaging content and programs.

You will create storyboards, scripts, and course materials for eLearning, simulations, and blended formats while managing LMS administration and training logistics across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Psychology, or comparable field
• Three years of training or facilitation experience in a corporate or professional business setting
• Experience with SCORM compliance and copy writing laws

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact curricula, eLearning, and blended programs.
• Create storyboards, scripts, course content, job aids, and learner guides.
• Administer the LMS: course setup, assignments, reporting, and data integrity.
• Plan and organize training activities across offices and programs; manage schedules and logistics.
• Deliver and facilitate training within the organization; adapt methods to audience and modality.
• Drive learning development and assess training quality and impact.
