Uline is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer to build training for our sales team. You will create classroom, e-learning, and video content, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop clear, engaging learning experiences that drive performance.

• Bachelor's degree required; recent grads welcome.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging training materials for classroom, e-learning and video for the sales team.
• Partner with subject matter experts and conduct research to design effective learning experiences.
• Develop resources using learning and content development tools.
• Create support resources such as product knowledge assessments, job aids and training communications.
• Attend sales meetings to identify learning needs and future topics.
