Job summary

• Experience designing and developing training programs and e-learning content in a corporate environment
• Strong LMS administration experience; Rise 360 experience required
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva, or similar platforms
• Portfolio showcasing instructional design or LMS-related work is required

About The Job:

• Design, develop, and implement employee learning and development programs, including e-learning, instructor-led, and virtual training solutions

About The Position:

Start Date: ASAP. Long-term temporary opportunity through January 2027 with likely extension. $30-$38/hr. 4 days onsite in Washington, DC. 35-hour work week; typically 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Metro Accessible!
