Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks an Instructional Designer II to design and develop training programs, e-learning content and materials for internal use and client trainings.

You will analyze learning needs, create storyboards, prototypes, and deliver training across formats; require BS/BA and 7+ years’ experience and expertise with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, LMS, and PowerPoint; strong ADDIE and curriculum design skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 7+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years' SME experience in respective areas.
• Strong ADDIE-based instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Experience with authoring tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops training programs and e-learning content.
• Creates storyboard, user interface concepts and prototypes.
• Translates complex material into engaging instructional content.
• Delivers training through various formats including e-learning and instructor-led sessions.
• Evaluates training outcomes and maintains course materials.
