Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with coursework in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training.
  • Over three years of hands-on experience in instructional design and curriculum development for adult learners.
  • Proficiency in using course authoring software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and tools like Camtasia, along with familiarity with learning management systems and content management systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, applied use cases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
