Job summary

Child Development Schools is seeking a creative Instructional Designer with 2–3 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning content. This role partners with leadership, SMEs, and stakeholders to create impactful training aligned to business goals.

The position is hybrid, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area or San Antonio, with travel as needed. You will craft learner-centered courses (eLearning, ILT, blended) and deploy them in the LMS using ADDIE or SAM to ensure

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of instructional design experience.
• Experience designing eLearning, ILT, blended learning.
• Familiarity with ADDIE or SAM models.
• Ability to work with leadership and SMEs.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness using analytics.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
