The role emphasizes creating engaging courses, implementing ADDIE-based processes, and collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex Medicaid and government program content into accessible training materials.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 7+ years of experience in instructional design or related fields.
• Experience designing e-learning content and curricula for internal and client training.
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and related tools.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and content authoring workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs and e-learning content.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging instructional materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs and management to define learning objectives.
• Create storyboards, course materials, quizzes, and assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and iterate improvements.
• Support government program training for regulatory compliance.
