Job summary

MedImpact is seeking an Instructional Designer I to design and deliver GPS training content, including e-learning and instructor-led sessions. The role blends internal and client-facing work, requiring collaboration with subject matter experts and a Training Manager to align objectives with Medicaid programs and regulatory guidelines.

Applicants should have a BS/BA with 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Captivate and Storyline, and strong communication and design skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years' SME experience in respective areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop foundational GPS training programs.
• Create storyboards and UI/UX concepts for learning modules.
• Deliver training via e-learning, instructor-led, and blended formats.
• Develop materials like guides, quizzes, handouts, and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and Training Manager to meet objectives.
