Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I to design and develop GPS training programs using e-learning and other instructional media for internal teams and clients.

You will create storyboards, deliver training across multiple formats, and collaborate with subject matter experts and the Training Manager to meet learning objectives and ensure program effectiveness. The role requires strong ADDIE-based design skills, experience with Captivate/Storyline, and the

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience in instructional design or equivalent combination.
• Strong experience designing GPS training programs and Medicaid-related content.
• Proficiency with e-learning development tools and LMS platforms.
• Ability to work with SMEs and translate requirements into training materials.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and evaluate GPS training programs for internal and client-facing use.
• Create storyboards, UI/UX designs, prototypes and multimedia training materials.
• Deliver training via e-learning, instructor-led or blended formats and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts to meet learning objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicaid requirements and use Confluence/TMS for documentation.
