Aflac is seeking a Training Content Developer to design and deliver engaging training materials for a wide audience. You will apply adult learning theory and develop content across online, classroom, and video formats.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal customers, project management, and coaching trainers to ensure impactful learning experiences. Hybrid or remote work is possible within the continental US.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, English, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional job-related work experience.
• 2 years of experience as a web-based content developer.
• 1 year of experience with script writing, voice talent, video creation and video editing, and graphic design with proven customer impact.

Mansioni

• Gather data and determine the best approach for training delivery; write, draft, edit, and revise documents to meet deadlines.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and leader training for business units.
• Develop blended training via ILT, VIL, webinars, and video.
• Facilitate the development, design, and production of online training products and media.
• Edit, proofread, and coordinate production of training materials and keep documentation current.
• Assist in maintaining the database for lesson plans and perform quality checks.
