Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development.
• Proficient in creating online, web-based, classroom, or video training materials.
• Able to manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Develops training content and delivery strategies; writes and revises documents.
• Conducts train-the-trainer sessions and supports leadership training.
• Creates blended learning programs (ILT, VIL, webinars, video).
• Edits and coordinates production of training materials and documentation.
• Maintains lesson plan databases and performs quality checks.
