Responsibilities

• Design and develop learner-centered training content (eLearning, ILT, blended learning).
• Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).
• Collaborate with leadership & SMEs to define learning objectives.
• Develop and deploy high-quality engaging courses in LMS.
• Employ multimedia and interactivity in course design.
• Measure effectiveness through analytics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop content ensuring brand and accessibility alignment.
